AMACO Velvet Underglaze Set 3 contains 12 assorted colors that includes 2 oz. each of mint green medium brown royal peach maroon hunter green violet amethyst red light red real orange cinnamon and electric blue. Glazes fire true to and have the soft look of velour when unglazed. Glazes can be fired to cone 05/06 for detailed design work or up to cone 6 while maintaining their intensity and brightness. Glazes are intermixable for a variety of colors.
AMACO Velvet Semi-Translucent UnderglazeGives the appearance of velour or velvet when left unglazed or will intensify in color when covered with a Clear Transparent or Gloss glaze.Cone 05 - Cone 102 oz.The Velvet Underglazes produced by Amaco are some of the finest available. Bright and semi translucent, the velvet underglazes come in over fifty colors that have a tolerant firing range from Cone 05 - Cone 10. When dipped or coated with a clear glaze they are dinnerware safe.
