The large glazing wells are ideal for mixing and storing a large quantity of color that remains uncontaminated by other colors. This eliminates the need to stop in the middle of a wash and attempt to mix more color that may or may not be the same as the original color. When painting large, these glazing wells make working faster uniquely possible. The center mixing areas provide ample space for completing pictures without cleanup and without the need to stop and remix.
