This sweet dog toy is made by Stephanie, the owner of Ember + Ivory, a small business in South Florida. She started this whole thing by making toys for her Australian Shepherd, Indigo, as she wanted a toy that she didn't mind seeing laying  around the house. From there, she has loved getting to make toys and all sorts of accessories for pups all over!
