There exists in the world demons called Curses who feed on unsuspecting humans and search for fragments of the legendary demon Ryoumen Sukuna which are cursed items scattered around the world. Should a demon consume the fragments they would gain enough power to destroy the world! Yuji Itadori is a high schooler who joins the Occult Research Club at his school in an effort not to join the track team even though he has exceptional physical fitness and excels at sports. One day, the club unknowingly unseals one of the cursed fragments, attracting Curses to their school. With his friends’ lives in danger, Yuji consumes the fragment to gain the magic power of Sukuna and save his friends, but he ends up becoming cursed himself!
