Also perfect for making glitter lips or sparkly cheek highlights. Cosmetic Dries Clear Adhesive is water-based, hypoallergenic, and parent approved! To Apply: 1.) Apply a thin layer of the adhesive to skin. (Careful as to not go back and forth over the same spot as it dries quickly) 2.) Let dry until the adhesive has turned completely clear. 3.)
